Password is correct it just flakes out. Customer service is even more useless. It constantly crashes, freezes, and sometimes won’t even load properly. Every time I try to check my retirement account or navigate through the app, it either closes unexpectedly or gets stuck loading. An app handling important financial information should be reliable, but this experience has been anything but reliable. It just keeps sending me to old plans I am not active with anymore. I have tried calling and even though money is coming out my check every week, nothing has been invested. I am just being sent in circles instead of them adding a new account. They said it would be done for me over the phone and it still has not happened.
