When I tried to use my subscription I received a message saying the machine is offline. So I ended up having to purchase another car wash. Really disappointed there is no clear support or contact information in the app.

Every time I go to use it and scan the QR, it either says “Wrong QR code” or “Machine is currently offline” (even though it’s not because I can pay with cash or credit card and it works just fine. Complete rip off and waste of money. Only giving it one star because zero isn’t an option.

I wanted to get the app as I use the car wash in my area almost everyday and it made sense. Downloaded the app, signed up for a subscription, and went to use it today. Get to the car wash and opened the app, said to scan the q code. I put the phone up to the q code...... my screen goes black. Closed the app. My phone works. Open the app and tried to scan the q code...same thing. I did this 4 times and every time the app sends my phone to black screen. Be warned.... this seems scamish to me
