I call and they promise to send someone out and never do. No doubt. But as much money as they make, the app is consistently an issue. They did make it more intuitive when they switched to the new app, but just now we couldn’t complete an order because we couldn’t select a payment method. There’s also no section to choose dine in at checkout. Cant claim rewards in person or scan to earn rewards when ordering in person. Now I place my order and have to call to have that added to my ticket. Also, making added extra cheese on the main page when you ask if you want cheese, half cheese, or none. I had to dig around when I first used the app to find that. Add a comment box to each item ordered. It’s helpful to those of us with allergies; yes I know I’m taking my chances it’s a restaurant but at least we could have the option. Abysmal app. Every attempt to use it to order is a fight. It never saves information, and when it does, it keeps defaulting to the wrong address, wrong card, etc after changing it several times. Sometimes even in the same order, it will try to default back to a completely different option after changing it one step ago, leading to wrong deliveries.
