The screen that would’ve had my cameras view in it was just black. And it didn’t ask to access my camera, which is vital for an app to use it....I would give zero stars but I can’t..sorry

**Developer response:** Apologies! What I think happened is that apps that use the iPhone's camera (or GPS or any other native feature) are now required to provide a detailed explanation why and how the app will use the camera. And without that explanation, the app simply doesn't ask the user for permission to use the camera.

Since this app is just something I wrote for my own benefit and share for free, I don't often look at its stats or reviews. And it looks like a couple of months passed before someone emailed me and told me about the problem.

I believe the problem is fixed in Version 1.1. Please give that a try.

Canada doesn’t seem to work for this app. It’s just a dark screen and it keeps snapping black colors only. Why?!

I see this app has had a couple issues in the past but as of July 2023 this app seems perfect and it is extremely helpful to me as a person that sees practically the whole color spectrum as blue. Normally I would have to find the nearest person to help me with colors but this app has helped me so much and it’s changed my life

I too have color deficiency, I’m told it red green spectrum. This app creates some independence if you need to work with colors. I would often need to enlist the nearest person to tell me what color a wire was. With this app, I can have confidence when connecting similar wires with color saturation’s that look like different colors to me but are actually named the same.

**Developer response:** Thank you! I have mixed up blue and purple shirts many times. Distinguishing blue from purple clothing is the main reason I wrote this app.
