Now, as a Peds ID division chief and senior faculty, as well as chief of Maryland AAP section on ID, I carry the Hopkins antibiotic guide with me instead. Way superior to other guidelines, updated constantly, but the best part is that it’s original source referenced for every disease, pathogen, anti microbial. Then I renewed the subscription and they are now advising again, account needs to be paid. The only reason why I renewed while I was unhappy and questioned the billing process was due to the app was extremely helpful with my daily practice.
