Two screen size updates have passed since this has been updated. It looks like an app for Windows 3.1.

This app is useless and doesn’t work. It’s barely supported (if at all) and is out of date.

Just by opening the app, you’d immediately notice the app was built for tiny screens and doesn’t scale to modern phones.

Creating a new account goes into “Loading…” state and doesn’t come out of it. So I created an account on the website but Logging in doesn’t work either !

I can’t even sign in 
I can do it on the website, but not in mobile app.
When I try log in , app just stop working.
It’s impossible to use it

The app interface isn’t very user-friendly and, at least for my model, doesn’t allow schedule adjustments for my thermostat. So I have to crouch over the touch-screen thermostat to adjust everything. My review went down to one star after I couldn’t login it to the app at all any more. The website gives no problem and my device is online, but the app says my password is incorrect. I never had these issues with Nest and would have returned this device after seeing the app if the thermostat hadn’t come with my apartment.
