The app is poor even by 2010 standards. Bill pay has paid the wrong accounts 3 times now. And now JB tells me I have to fully enable cookies and popups to use their “new” site which violates contemporary tracking and security protocols. What a train wreck! My US bank app will send me push notifications every time something happens with my account (i.e: a purchase is made, your account is overdrawn, money was deposited, money was withdrawn, you only have “x” amount left in your account), this app for Johnson bank does not do that (or I have yet to discover how to do that if it does ((meaning it’s not user friendly) and I’m pretty tech savvy). If this app had that it would be 100x more than what it is. The layout of the app itself is also a bit confusing sometimes.
