App hasn’t worked for a month or so, don’t know how much is in my account and can’t order fuel, web page is any working either.

The app is not working properly... it is not possible to search for your address, an error pops up during payment and the money is taken from your account

This app crashes annually..either this company sorts it out or it should delete it ..it’s a complete waste of time trying to access it and other companies have a more professional team managing their app..in so doing the repeated problems with this app is indicative of a company that has grown too big to care about its customer service..if can’t manage its own app it raises questions as to whether it offers a reliable delivery service to customers.

I don’t think this app works anymore as it doesn't login my account which works fine via a web browser.

Used to work ok and now crashes anytime I try to order oil. Not usable.

I ordered fuel on the app, and like everyone else said, it crashed when the card payment went through. So I had ordered it via email, as a back up option

Woke up this morning to check how much I had in my account, and noticed I had been charged twice, since I had done a bank transfer on the Saturday because, if the app has crashed, you would think that you wouldn’t be charged, right?

Wrong!
So I was down £286, the day before rent was due. So you could imagine my frustration.

I called up, was very polite to the lady, and she got it sorted very quickly, and she said basically; “Look, the company that used to run our app for us has gone defunct. We recommend not using the app for placing orders.”

And I got a same day bank transfer for the refund, so that’s the panic over.

But yeah.

TLDR: Don’t use app, that app company went defunct, order via email or on telephone. App will charge your card when crashes.
