Johnstone is a great company overall, but there is no support for the troubles that you encounter with this app. This app will not allow me to order anything from my home store and will only show me the stock from a store. That’s over 25 miles away.

I don’t know if this is a replacement for the other Johnstone supply apps or something completely different but I can log into the other apps, which are basically just the mobile website. This app however keeps telling me that I have invalid username or password.

Previous version worked correctly.
Now when I scan a part and tap part to enter more than one, the numbers panel hides the quantity box. Previous version number panel was below the quantity box.
You were able to type quantity amount and select add to cart immediately.
Now after you type quantity number you have to select done and then add to cart.
I see no reason to create an extra step.

After downloading this app I opened it and it opened up Schaedler Yesco. I already have the SY app. So every time I open the Johnstone OE Touch, it opens up as Schaedler Yesco. Please advise me as of what to do.

First, let me explain that I am an employee of Johnstone and it is my job to market this app. I am lucky however that Innovo makes it so easy to market because it is a great product. It is fast, accurate, and they are continually updating it to improve it based on customer feedback. Great job Innovo!
