Excellent App

Joice has been extremely helpful for me to clarify my thinking, in understanding my anxiety triggers, I am now sleeping & feeling better.

Journaling made easy!

Having tried and failed to get into journaling with a physical notebook, the morning journal becoming a chore I would get anxious about having to do before leaving for the day. With Joice I can journal anytime anywhere, and with the daily reminders I set, I make sure to journal now even when I’m on the move, thank you Joice!

Love This App

I love using this app, at the end of the day (or any time of day) it’s like sharing your thoughts as a conversation with a good friend. So much nicer than just writing in a book - and over time it’s great to see the subject themes summarized as they evolve.

Incredible for mental health

I just started using Joice and it has really helped me with my mental health. Journaling has been hard for me with my schedule and this has made it so much easier to do on a regular basis, and I love that it helps me notice trends and specific challenges I am dealing with. I can’t wait to continue using this to work on my mental health!
