After you enter your password, use FaceID (on my iPhone) or Touch (on my iPad) you get a busy screen and a OTP is sent to your email but a way to enter the OTP never shows up. So the options are leave your account less secure or don’t use the app. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-12-04* This app and website are TRASH. Claims don’t load, page doesn’t scroll, nothing ever works. ### 1/5 — “JoinHealth” but can’t even join. *2025-11-08* For an app called “JoinHealth,” it would be helpful if we could, I don’t know, JOIN so we can actually use the benefits we pay for. ### 1/5 — Sign in errors *2025-11-02* Constant sign in errors. I changed my password, and the face recognition stopped working. Now when I log in with my password it asks do you want to set up biometrics, I say yes, it chugs away and says all set. However when I then try to log in with biometrics the next time, it comes up with an error saying “ you set up your biometrics but you must have changed your password. I have tried deleting the biometrics and redoing it, but no luck. Update, new update still hasn’t fixed face recognition issues. Losing a star. ### 3/5 — Face ID is broken *2026-06-24* Enabled Face ID last night. Tried to use it to log in today and it fails saying my password may have changed. No it hasn’t. I’ve never been able to log in on the app Edit: since their significant update I have no issues signing in. It’s clear they really fixed it and made it modern.
