It’s probably a good application both visually & audibly just didn’t see anyone that I was talking on my phone with!

This app is really smooth and has some great features! However, a few of us have had trouble getting the camera to work for ourselves and sometimes for everyone. Tech support was not helpful in fixing this.

Nutze das iPad Pro und Join.me aktuell für Onlineberatungen. Im Büro bei einer 16.000er Leitung kommen aber immer wieder Audioabbrüche rein, wenn ich in der App scrolle. Ich schalte meinen ganzen Bildschirm am iPad immer frei dafür. 
Bitte um Behebung, da das selbst bei 16.000 nicht sein sollte.

I’m using join.me to support tele-tutoring for HS honors chemistry. It works great for this.  Using the shared whiteboard in conjunction with the voice connection is the next best thing to being there.

Terrible app. Endless captcha to create an account and then further verification. Could not get into the app after many efforts. Emails to reset things did not arrive.

You really should update the interface to highlight that when a user dials in via the app the message Waiting for Presenter is only about a screen share. The user still needs to actually dial in. No one understands that they need to dial in! 

So much wasted time with Customers stuck on the waiting for presenter screen because it doesn’t tell them to dial in!

Charged for an entire year without using the product and my credit card info was updated without my permission. Refund was refused and I am waiting to hear from supervisor. Very unsatisfied with billing practices at this company.

Customers unable to see any presentation screen or shared desktop since ios13. Doesn’t appear to be any way of informing support either. Still took my first monthly fee.

I have used this for a couple years, but every time a new IOS release comes out it breaks.  Most recently, with IOS 13 and Specifically iPad OS, the app performance is very slow and the app is unable to connect to the microphone.  As a result, I am unable to host meetings.  I have always liked the app but the days or weeks of issues after every IOS update is getting old.

Being sent to 5 other pages that make no sense. Trying to handle and figure out where to go to get the monthly subscription. I go buy it on Apple and it gets pulled but I can’t do anything as my account doesn’t qualify for pro because of my subscription? Which makes no sense. I go to email like they told me with my reference number they gave me then get told I can’t do that. Spent over two hours figuring it out and I just can’t do this thing of confusion. Even on an OG account from way back when. This is the only place left I can ask for a refund at this point.

The program WAS great! I was using it for 10 months daily. Then 6 weeks ago it stopped working in Australia. No-one at the company cares, 6 weeks later and 100 hours on calls with no resolution. Their customer service team is horrific!

Used this app a few times now and just did the most recent update on my iPad running iOS 10.3.3 and now it won't fully open before crashing, the previous version wouldn't ask iOS for camera privilege which means I could only use sound and microphone.

Are use join.me every day for work and I find it to be an incredibly stable platform with very high sound quality and great features. Strangely the iPhone app is even better than the desktop app… But I’m not complaining! Don’t forget you can record from the iPhone app as well

Excellent feature addition.  Keep up the great work.

Please consider adding Apple Watch support for common commands.  I use AirPods for all my calls so a mute option would be really nice.

Works seemlessly on both computer and apple products. Only two niggles I have. App keeps terminating the meeting for no reason, need to restart and there is no mute button option through the app. Would be handy to not have to switch back to the phone to have to mute
