I have heard several acquaintances complain about PT.
Personally, I prefer a one on one encounter with “hands-on”. However, at I am less skeptical now, since I have been able to work at my own pace with live demonstrations, clear written instructions, music and communication with a very understanding Therapist whenever necessary.  In addition, she encourages me to try to do my best, on my own time schedule.

many adults find it hard to invest living pay check to pay check.   just as important or maybe more important is to invest in your health.   exercise is important at all ages. but more important for seniors.  there is no excuse for not doing these simple exercises.  plus doing more

My condition has changed for the good due to the patients and encouragement of Kristen Stewart. The thing I have to do is keep track of and be consistent myself, and very disciplined in getting back to these exercises after a session where they went good or even wonderful still get back to them.
