The app gave me lots of trouble. Tried to include other families to stream their pictures to the frame, but the frame ID wouldn’t work. Also, the company will charge you $2.99 mo after the first year of use. Customer service is non-existent. Not only robbing my family of being able to keep sharing. I’m unable to even put a photograph in the frame via my own Wi-Fi. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. I’m going to recommend that no one buys this. Please Beware... Do not buy!!!!! I was dubious about letting it behind my firewall, but for peace in the family I hooked it to my internal network. I could never get the "binding " to work, but the email option seemed to, so it got installed in the kitchen and all was domestic bliss until August, when one of the daughters discovered that she couldn't upload pictures anymore, and Granny realized that we haven't seen anything new since April. At this point, my eldest has been posting pictures to somewhere (in China, maybe?), I have no idea what else this thing has poked through my firewall, and my wife can't look at her grandkids. When I open it it asks that I allow it access to my photos and sends me to Settings. However the app is not listed in settings. I tried deleting and reloading but no good. Now you have to pay a yearly fee to use their service! Guess I will be looking into buying something else! ### 1/5 — Have to Pay 2.99 after a year *2024-05-18, version 1.0.9* Here’s the deal… you can add pictures, but you can’t go back to delete/remove pictures and that’s how they get you. After a year they come back and say ok you had a year free, and now we’re going to charge you. It’s only $2.99 for 1GB for a whole year not a lot right? WRONG Since you can’t remove photo’s they just start building up, and what happens is the next year you have to bump it up to the next level, because you can’t remove photos. Bottom line this is a terrible app, you can only add pictures, and after you do that you can’t go back to review what you’ve added, or remove so essentially it makes your $100 frame a holder for old outdated pictures….. The worst part is you don’t know what app your frame is using before you buy, so I’ll make sure to go back to the frame and leave that information in the review so that people don’t buy this frame. Unbelievable these people are straight up thieves!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — ripped off *2024-05-13, version 1.0.9* The problem isn’t with the app, the problem is that for two years I never paid anything for this app and used it with moo link digital photo frame. Now it is popping up and saying that I have to pay for the app if I am going to continue using it with my frame. I never paid anything for this and was never told there was a fee. But not only that the frame had stopped allowing email sent photos making using a jump drive the only option. Note that password should not contain any special characters- letters and numbers only. No problem loading photos in landscape or portrait. I do wish when it rotates them it would increase the size. Photos do not fill the fame size though. So size of photos is a bit small for viewing. ### 2/5 — Conflicting thoughts on this device. Few thing fixed would give this 5 stars *2023-09-15, version 1.0.9* It’s awesome if you can get the pictures to show up on everybody’s picture frames who wants them. It’s iffy. There’s no options for deleting or editing anything in the app. Not the most functional. Security appears to be nonexistent. I don’t care for that feeling. Pictures should show up in groupings of how they were sent or approved. Instead of being at the top of the list of pictures what you just sent ends up lost in the middle somewhere. Who else can get access to what is sent and received. Please fix some things then I’ll give it five stars. It’s an awesome concept. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2020-12-26, version 1.0.7* When the app is working, it works great. I was able to set it up on my phone but the person I gifted it to can’t set it up. Keeps telling her the password doesn’t have characters and letters, etc even though it does.
