Someone there ? ### 1/5 — . *2025-01-31, version 5.0* Nessuno risponde MAI!!!&! ### 1/5 — Servizio DoveVivo scadente in tutti i sensi *2025-01-29, version 5.0* Ho fatto richiesta di Disdetta del contratto a metà Novembre 2024 e l app palesemente non mi permetteva di cambiare la data di disdetta (settata al 15 Novembre 2025) ma di fare solo il check out a Febbraio 2025. Già sembra assurdo che la Disdetta a Novembre ma il check out ben 9 prima( palese). Sta di fatto che attualmente mi sono sentita rispondere dal servizio, pessimo, su whatsapp che lo sbaglio è stato il mio e il suggerimento è stato quello di inserire la Disdetta anticipata al solo scopo di farmi pagare un mese e mezzo, quando la richiesta è stata correttamente inviata 3 mesi prima. Nonostante abbia inviato video e foto la risposta è rimasta la stessa. Agirò per vie legali e li citerò per danni adducendo anche il fatto che non conoscono minimamente il contratto stipulato e applicano importi di disdetta che per il mio contratto non sussistono.
