I’ve already submitted my tax code and personal information without any problems. I also paid both required deposits, so my due amount shows as €0. However, the app still asks me to “proceed to payment” even though there’s nothing left to pay. For the past two weeks, every attempt to move forward has only led to a never-ending loading screen. I’ve tried contacting support through the AI assistant and reaching out via email, but I haven’t received any helpful response. This is a serious problem because I am relocating to Italy in just two weeks and I cannot finalize my onboarding due to this technical issue.
