... Love sweet love in the form of a shared breath. Forget about your differences for one  moment while you connect in breath with the infinite love in the universe. We shall never again take the air we breathe for granted. Breathe on the hour, feel the whisper of the butterfly’s wings, and share in the joy of being connected through love.

Our lives all begin and end with breath. What we do with the breaths in-between defines us. This app elegantly reminds me every hour not only that we are all connected. But also that the core of who I am is more expansive and strong than whatever negative rabbit hole I find myself going down in a given moment. Download the app and start breathing with me, people!

What the world needs now is love. Take care of yourself with a reminder at the top of every hour to reconnect with your breath. Breathe with those in your community and get a reminder that you are part of a movement. 

And just remember: a little granola is part of a balanced diet.
