Losing customers over charging for sauces. Been a long term customer ordering like £50 each week when nieces would come down, went recently after work for a £9 meal and they wouldn’t give ANY sauce. Lost a big regular order over sauce that costs them less than 5p. This is how you run a bad business. Bad customer service.
