They make you wait so long and send so many identity verification pictures, that they ALWAYS find an issue with. I’ve sent over 20 verification pictures through 5 different emails. They also charge you $60 to cash out any of your money unless you use bitcoin. I’m going on my 4th day after trying to cash out my own money, and they still haven’t verified my identity. This is a delay process they do hoping you will just put your money back into their game. I refuse to play on this site again. If this is not resolved in a reasonably speedy manner I will be forced to to contact my attorney as well.
