I would rate it five stars but the keyboard is so small on iPad. There is no other app on iPad for typing with this amazing animation. So PLEASE. PLEASE. make a iPad version. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Minus points for unoriginality *2023-08-30* App looks very nice visually and does what you expect. I think the updating graph pop-up is a nice touch. Unfortunately, everything else comes off as heavily inspired copy of one of the most popular typing websites, even down to the rhyming name. It’s as if they tried to emulate monkeytype as an iOS app but took out everything that makes it great, and locked basic features behind in-app purchases. Zero customization. Would probably have been cooler a few years ago, but since websites work on mobile, it comparatively feels unnecessary and stale. **Developer response:** Thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate that you found our app visually appealing and enjoyed the pop-up animation. Our goal in developing this app wasn’t to replicate Monkeytype, which we agree is an incredible web-based typing learning tool. Instead, we wanted to offer a high-quality, native iOS typing app, as we observed a lack of such an option for users like ourselves. The one-line style of our app was indeed inspired by a macOS app, KeyKey, and the theme color was chosen to mirror the familiar typing experience of Apple’s Notes app. These design choices were independent and not intended to resemble Monkeytype specifically. Admittedly, if Monkeytype or KeyKey had ventured into developing an iOS app, we might not have embarked on this project. But we did, driven by our passion for typing and our aim to provide a viable, quality option for iOS users. As a native iOS app, smooth animations, iCloud syncing (without user login) are included in our plan to provide a clean, hassle-free user experience. 
 To keep the app ad-free and sustainable, we’ve had to make some features for advanced users available via in-app purchases.
