I didnt receive any OTP. Tried so many time but still the same. None! using email / phone number still didnt work to receive any OTP. ### 1/5 — OTP *2025-12-07, version 5.27.1* the otp isso complicated, state that they have sent OTP via SMS but i don’t receive it so i tried again but using email, i entered the code and it said it’s wrong. they asked to wait for 5 minutes to try again when we are all hungry! ### 1/5 — OTP *2025-11-29, version 5.27.1* If the app is still not ready, it’s better not to launch it. The OTP request is slow, and sometimes it doesn’t arrive at all. Ofcourse, I’ve ticked the bos already but it still cant proceed with my sign up. But after almost an hour then order came to the door. Please update the status. Monitor the tracking order section every minute, the status still not change, still in "your order has been accepted". Then about 30 mins later, received a call from the branch telling me that my order are ready. To make sure, I once again view the tracking status. It was still in the "your order has been accepted".
