Fixes the guided tutorials: the app no longer shows an error when answering pupil questions, and the Sync bar appears at the end of each tutorial as it should. The assessment round tutorial now needs the practice class from the first tutorial to be on the phone.

Tutorials are now practice only: the class, pupils and assessment you create in them stay on your phone and are never sent.

Assessments go straight to the pupil form, one step fewer.

Fixes: buttons no longer hidden behind the navigation bar, and fuller Afrikaans and isiXhosa.
