Last year we were dying at 91% annual turnover, burning on temps and OT, and scraping together roughly 120 usable employees referrals a year.
 Six months after rolling Jolly out:
 • Employee referrals now average 210 PER MONTH
 • 89% actually finish onboarding and hit the schedule every month
 • Our Florida market had a single aide submit 18 employee referrals in one month (we later found out she’s championing us at her Church every Sunday)
 • Our recruiting team stopped spending THOUSANDS of dollars a week on Indeed 
 Recruiting went from painful and slow to basically autopilot & supercharged. We’re filling roles in days instead of months with people who already know someone here and show up ready to work.
 Productivity followed. On-time visits jumped from 67% to 94%, shifts that used to sit open 36–48 hours now close in under 3 hours, and we’re running 22% more visits per caregiver without adding headcount. The leaderboard turned the daily grind into a sport and everyone LOVES it. 

I was skeptical at first but IT WORKS… I’m devising a plan right now to include ALL CORPORATE STAFF TOO. They should get incentives too for hitting KPIs, stretch goals & also recruiting friends. I wish someone gave me Points 😭
 Also, YoY retention is up 22% because more than half the new caregivers have a friend or cousin working here too (BECAUSE they referred them for Jolly Points!!)—people don’t quit jobs where their people are. 
If you run a frontline company of any real size and you’re tired of bleeding cash on turnover and underproductive staff, just get Jolly in your people’s pockets.
