Constant glitches when you click on your cart. Keeps freezing and showing blank pages. It also takes forever to load whenever you click on something.

I don’t understand what happened with this app, at first it started a little glitchy and when I click soemthing else it then went away. But now all of a sudden it’s keep on glitching and like twitching and I don’t know why I resented my phone and I gave it two days and came back and it’s still glitchy. 

Idk if this is a bug but please fix.

Desde hace un mes aproximadamente la app está inutilizable, apenas ingreso y luego de unos segundos de que aparece la publicidad, la pantalla se reinicia una y otra vez, por lo que no me permite mirar ni entrar a nada, es tan molesto! al principio pensé que era un problema momentáneo así es que simplemente esperé, pero al pasar las semanas continuaba, intenté cerrando la app,  desinstalándola, y aún así persiste. Es una lástima porque era mi lugar favorito para comprar skincare, pero por este problema tuve que comprar en otro comercio. 

Estoy ingresando desde iOs 16.6

Please have a dev team review and fix any glitches like the one where the homepage just refreshes over and over again. And please make s better menu interface instead of the grey bar on the bottom of the page (like settings, account , < > , etc .

This app is straight up awful. It glitches way too much. I can’t even get past the Home Screen because anything I press just cause it to glitch and take me back to the homepage.

Cada vez q ingreso queda pegado, no me da el chance de eliminar productos de la papelería porque se queda pegado. 
Si comienzo a navegar y ver productos , luego de rato se pega. En el buscador , se pega. 
No logro estar más de 1minuto en la aplicación porque se pega. Cada vez que paso debo cerrar y abrir la app, pero es una lata, pierdo mucho tiempo. Traten de solucionarlo!!!! Porque he desinstalado e instalado y aún así sigue pegándose, una latasaaa

Siempre desaparece mi cupón mensual, no lo uso y me lo quitan y aparte los puntos de compra para subir de color (ejemplo de blanco a rosado) me los acaban de restablecer, no me faltaba nada para subir de color! Arreglen ese problema!

«Бесплатная доставка» оборачивается доплатой за таможенные сборы. В этот раз пришлось доплатить 40€, что в конце концов не выходит дешевле. Приложение морально устарело. Не заказывала у них последние пару лет, решила дать шанс, но зря.

The home page on the app continuously reloads. Very stressful. That isn’t a problem on the website though. 

But don’t waste your time and money ordering from Jolse. Some of their products have expiration dates that are within 6 months (without you even knowing before ordering them). And if you ever have an issue with your order, even if it is due to their mistake, they’re still unwilling to work it out with you. I no longer shop there anymore. I would recommend other websites that sell Korean products. There’s several out there with much better customer service!!

Es mi primera vez pidiendo en jolse, llegó en dos meses al sur de Chile, me enviaron muchos regalitos y son super cuidadosos con el envoltorio y los cuidados de mi pedido, muchas gracias jolse.. 🩷

I was hesitant on downloading due to the other reviews from a year ago. But it’s been updated and works now!

The prices here are unparalleled to any other K-beauty site I’ve seen. It’s simply the cheapest. Especially if you catch deals on Chuseok and other festive events. 

My favourite are the Jolse boxes, they have a wide assortment of skincare items that are sold at a VERY affordable rate. The box would be valued at $100 and you’d get them for $27.99. You’ve got to be quick tho, because usually there’s only 100 sets and they sell out fast. (Check instagram for when they come out).

You also get monthly coupons and other coupons to save more which is always a plus. 

The shipping has been very fast. Standard shipping took 2 weeks before and now it takes just 1 week. 

One time I ordered a set for my friends birthday and it didn’t come in the post. I quickly send out an email expressing that I didn’t receive the item with images of what I got. They issued a refund for the products immediately. 

I love this store. I’ve ordered more than 5 times from them since I discovered the site a year ago. 
I highly recommend this company to people who want to get K-beauty for an affordable price.
