It could use features to aid in communication between workers but it works for the bare minimum. My uncle touched me in 2011 ### 2/5 — Frustrating! *2023-04-20* I’ve had to delete and redownload this app over 5 times because it refuses to log me in! I’ve changed my password thinning that was the issue, but it’s clearly the app. The website isn’t easy to navigate as I have 3 different restaurants I’m trying to get schedules for. I need this app to work! Literally! ### 1/5 — Management User *2022-07-19, version 2.3.0* This app is not effective. It does not help my staff be more efficient or proactive. I don’t receive info about late or incomplete sidework until AFTER the shift is over. I am better off paying $$ or shift meal to have a responsible staff member check their sidework Before they checkout/punch out. Also my employee don’t like the storage space that ALL those photos use on their personal phones! And terminated employees can’t unsubscribe to the daily emails, even after deleting the JoltLite app. ### 1/5 — Too Many Bugs *2022-06-30, version 2.3.0* The idea behind this app is fine… the execution is awful. the connection is terrible, the app is slow, and it broke for about a week before devs bothered to fix it. please save yourself the frustration and find something better. ### 1/5 — Just horrible *2022-06-26, version 2.3.0* The app would get zero stars from me if I could. I am always kicked out of the system when I try to use it, which sometimes causes me to miss my shift. No updates at all, honestly, this app isn't even worth people's time. If I wanted to know my schedule, I would rather call my employer. ### 1/5 — 2022 and no updates for 3 years?? *2022-06-01, version 2.3.0* Every single time I open this app, it says there was a connection error and I have to retry before I can see the schedule. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or mobile data. The app looks like it was a website that was quickly converted into an “app”, which I have seen companies do to save money. It’s honestly a terrible experience. PLEASE update this “app”! Or better yet, have your dev team rewrite it as a native iOS app. ### 1/5 — Oh my *2022-05-20, version 2.3.0* This app works 1% of the time. I have to keep deleting and re-downloading it over and over again. It has my schedule on it so I literally missed my shift because I couldn’t open the app. If you are an employer looking for an app to use for scheduling I BEG of you don’t use this one.
