So I always have to text my boss or look at the printed copy of my schedule every week, and I cannot look at any shifts that I can cover when I need more hours. If you’re a manager looking for a good app for your employees, don’t bother using this cause it’ll cause nothing but issues. ### 1/5 — Update *2021-11-14, version 2.3.0* It’s time for an update. Every time I open the app it displays a white screen for about 10-15 mins. The login screen doesn’t even appear when I start the app over, it’s just the white screen background. ### 1/5 — Will not sign in *2021-10-19, version 2.3.0* The app is garbage. Why bother having it in the App store if I can’t sign in? Waste of time. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT USE JOLT. If you want to drop a shift, you have to press drop shift like 6 times. Although it won't drop your shift until you close and reopen the app, your coworkers will get a notification every time you press drop shift AFTER it finally registers. Ridiculous. If i could give it a negative rating, I WOULD ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2021-08-23, version 2.3.0* I literally never write reviews but the one thing i have to say about this app is that it doesn’t work. period. it just doesn’t. nothing you click works, you can’t get things to load regardless of wifi, it refuses to log me in without help of my manager, ETC. If you’re looking into apps to use for scheduling for your cooperation or business LISTEN to the reviews and try something else. I wish my employer looked at the reviews on this, the only reason i’m allowing it to stay on my phone is because i don’t wanna lose my job. ### 1/5 — Horrible company. No support *2021-06-30, version 2.3.0* Been trying to contact support for weeks now with their horrible program and disconnect issues. No one picks up the phone. No one answers. No one calls back. No. One. Cares. I suggest you look at trello or some other type of program. Try Ecolab if you need a printer. I’m a shift leader I need to look at everyone’s schedule but I can’t cause this app isn’t working . ### 2/5 — Missing a ton of features *2021-02-23, version 2.3.0* As an employee it makes finding other people to cover shifts impossible, as well as doing any sort of scheduling. There is 0 access for each employee to see a full complete schedule that isn't just a list. You can’t see other peoples availability making it a waste of time to try to find anyone to cover your shift. There isn't a messaging aspect to the app which makes it a struggle to contact each person you think might need to cover my shift. ### 1/5 — Good idea ruined by horrible interface *2020-09-08, version 2.3.0* This app has great ideas however, it is ruined by app breaking bugs, plenty of interface issues, and lack of stability. This app could be great if the devs actually tried to make it usable! ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-08-06, version 2.3.0* Use this for work and just got a new phone, won’t let me log in to see my schedule. It has a pop up tab that confirms whether or not I allow notifications after I “attempt” to sign in, which means I have the correct info to sign in, but the app still hasn’t logged me in to use it’s features, and the log in screen doesn’t go away even after multiple correct attempts of signing in—it just has a pop up tab with a blue bar (only appears on the screen for 2 seconds) that keeps saying it’s logging me in, and I am still not logged in to be able to use the app. Fix please!!! ### 1/5 — White Screen *2020-06-22, version 2.3.0* i can log in but as soon as i get in its just a white screen. i have tried to unistall and reinstall but it does the same thing. i even had it unistalled for two months and then tried again, idk why i thought itd work but it didnt. youre better off going on safari and pulling it up. ### 1/5 — Stay away *2020-04-28, version 2.3.0* I hope you don’t have fat fingers cause every time you open the app it makes you either press refresh or back to login. and if you accidentally press back to login and you aren’t sure what your password is, Get ready to wait 30 minutes because every time you get it wrong it makes you wait forever. It does not help my staff be more efficient or proactive. I don’t receive info about late or incomplete sidework until AFTER the shift is over. I am better off paying $$ or shift meal to have a responsible staff member check their sidework Before they checkout/punch out. Also my employee don’t like the storage space that ALL those photos use on their personal phones! And terminated employees can’t unsubscribe to the daily emails, even after deleting the JoltLite app. ### 1/5 — Too Many Bugs *2022-06-30, version 2.3.0* The idea behind this app is fine… the execution is awful. the connection is terrible, the app is slow, and it broke for about a week before devs bothered to fix it. please save yourself the frustration and find something better. ### 1/5 — Just horrible *2022-06-26, version 2.3.0* The app would get zero stars from me if I could. I am always kicked out of the system when I try to use it, which sometimes causes me to miss my shift. No updates at all, honestly, this app isn't even worth people's time. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or mobile data. The app looks like it was a website that was quickly converted into an “app”, which I have seen companies do to save money. It’s honestly a terrible experience. PLEASE update this “app”! It has my schedule on it so I literally missed my shift because I couldn’t open the app. If you are an employer looking for an app to use for scheduling I BEG of you don’t use this one. Everything is kept electronically eliminating a ton of wasted paperwork. It’s also a great place to store I do like OSHA training, SDS’s, How-to Videos, Manuals and Handbooks. Jolt has saved us a TON of TIME & MONEY!! ### 5/5 — Easy to use 5/5 *2018-10-10, version 2.2.4* By far ahead of the game for a task operations platform! The scheduling is very user friendly drag and drop system! It could use features to aid in communication between workers but it works for the bare minimum. It was buggy but i dealt with it. The app suddenly logged me out and will not let me log in again.
