## What is JomInvoice?

JomInvoice is invoicing for people who do the work themselves.

Write an invoice in about thirty seconds, price it from the services you bill again and again, and send a PDF that carries your logo, colours and payment instructions. Built for how small businesses in Malaysia actually charge: SST on top or included in the price, bank and DuitNow details on the document, and amounts in Ringgit.

SEE WHERE YOU STAND
Open the app and the first thing you see is your position: what you have collected, what is outstanding, and how much of it is overdue. Six months of cash sit underneath, and you can tap any month to see its figure. Below that is a short list of what needs chasing — overdue invoices, invoices due within seven days, drafts, quotes waiting on a reply — each one tap from the document.

QUOTES THAT BECOME INVOICES
Price a job before it starts, mark it accepted once the customer agrees, and turn it into the invoice without retyping a line. Both documents use the same arithmetic, so the totals cannot drift on the way across.

NO ACCOUNT, NO UPLOAD
Your customers and invoices live on your device. There is no sign-up, and no server has to be reachable for you to send a bill. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on sync yourself.

ALSO INSIDE
• Customers, jobs and saved services, so you stop retyping line items
• Recurring schedules that draft the next invoice — they never send it for you
• Expenses, receipts and payment records
• Four invoice designs free, five more with Pro, all printed to PDF at document quality
• Reminders you send yourself; JomInvoice never contacts a customer for you
• Dark mode, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver

JOMINVOICE PRO
An optional auto-renewable subscription: RM9.90 per month or RM79.90 per year. Pro adds five more invoice designs (Service, Elegant, Studio, Bold, Ledger) and quarterly, yearly and custom repeat schedules. Core invoicing — customers, invoices, quotes, PDFs and exports — stays free. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
