### 4/5 — Very useful, especially showing Doctor at physical time and others

This app is great.   I show others and they are impressed that the Jones Center offers such a free and easy app.   My doctor likes it so he sees progress and proof that I am taking care of my health.   I like it because I can see vast improvement. In my cardiovascular health and stamina over the last year.   Just need to add “ice skating” as one of the activities as a manual input.   Since the Jones Center has an ice rink, it makes sense.
