They are just a reseller of Ali products and provide less support. I ordered a pair of shoes from Joom, and while the product itself was good, trying to return them was an absolute nightmare. Joom makes the return process intentionally difficult, confusing, and frustrating. Instead of a straightforward return policy, you are forced through endless customer service loops and roadblocks designed to make you give up. It is so user-unfriendly that I eventually had to just abandon the return completely. While you might get decent items, beware that if they don't fit or you change your mind, getting your money back is nearly impossible.
