The whole experience felt very unprofessional from start to finish. The clothes I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, and the fit was completely different from what was shown. The product descriptions were misleading, making it difficult to know what I was actually purchasing. Delivery took longer than expected, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to raise my concerns. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I felt like my complaints were ignored. When shopping online, customers rely on accurate photos and honest descriptions, but this app failed to provide either. It feels misleading and unfair to customers who spend their money expecting to receive what is advertised. They send out dodgy items and there’s no customer service! After days of searching I found the invoice which suggested the items were coming from Latvia - inside the EU and not subject to the new custom charges. After nearly a week of waiting patiently I receive a notice that my items are now packaged and leaving China! a) no way are they going to be arriving as suggested, b) they’re going to incur a custom charge and c) nowhere was it clear this items were coming from China. They’ve now been marked as shipped so can’t be cancelled. I ordered a pair of shoes from Joom, and while the product itself was good, trying to return them was an absolute nightmare. Joom makes the return process intentionally difficult, confusing, and frustrating. Instead of a straightforward return policy, you are forced through endless customer service loops and roadblocks designed to make you give up. It is so user-unfriendly that I eventually had to just abandon the return completely. While you might get decent items, beware that if they don't fit or you change your mind, getting your money back is nearly impossible.
