I called JOOMAG at 1-800-657-7955 and they couldn’t help: directed me to website chat center. Website only has 3 reps — so 3-10 minutes between typing question & answer — and they said subscriptions are “non refundable” even though it wouldn’t show correctly on my iPad. I am now calling Visa to DISPUTE the charge. It does not save reading progress, it requires the publication to re-load every time the app is exited and re-opened, and it does not save log-in credentials.
