Do NOT get Scammed!

I sampled a magazine then found a $35.00 charge on my VISA Card. I called JOOMAG at 1-800-657-7955 and they couldn’t help: directed me to website chat center. Website only has 3 reps — so 3-10 minutes between typing question & answer —
and they said subscriptions are “non refundable” even though it wouldn’t show correctly on my iPad. I am now calling Visa to DISPUTE the charge. It’s my only recourse!

Bugs

I'm excited to read my Coaching World Magazine offline, but right now Joomag won't let me find it. When I go to explore, the app crashes. Please fix!

Functional Pain

The app works for reading a publication. It does not save reading progress, it requires the publication to re-load every time the app is exited and re-opened, and it does not save log-in credentials. Add a bookmark function, actually save publications to the device and remember log-in credentials and this app will be just fine.

Can't see my issues or my statistics. Cannot edit my magazine. Just want to be able to look through my issues :)

Waste of Time

Downloads are horrendously and painfully slow. Virtually impossible. The search feature only lets you search by title and to test it I put in the name of a magazine that I know the site carries from using the web version. The app said that it didn't have the magazine. I can't understand why they released this app.
