Teletherapy is live therapy through a video connection on our platform. You receive the same live, face-to-face interaction and treatment from your therapist as you would in person, it's just done through a phone or laptop and completely secure. DOES IT MATTER WHERE I LIVE? Joon is currently available in CA, ID, OR, TX, PA, DE, and Washington. One of the benefits of teletherapy is that it doesn't matter where in the state you live. The set up is easy to navigate through and simple to use. I also like the different resources that are accessible to use in the app to help and go with your therapy. The only complaint I have is the therapist that I had who, after a couple of weeks, ghosted me and did not continue sessions.
