### 4/5 — Great app, not so great therapist

The Joon app is fantastic! The set up is easy to navigate through and simple to use. I also like the different resources that are accessible to use in the app to help and go with your therapy. The only complaint I have is the therapist that I had who, after a couple of weeks, ghosted me and did not continue sessions. So great app to use for therapy but just be careful with the therapist your given or choose.

The clinical team is excellent at Joon. They really helped me with my mental wellbeing. I have developed excellent skills that will help me throughout my life. Thank you!
