Once a live agent peters the wait time is ridiculous because they are multitasking and helping several customers all at the same time. In the middle of markets, when you are in a rush with accounts standing in front of you and need help, having to wait 47 minutes to get a live agent to resolve your issue is not acceptable. And the only advice was to restart my iPad and reload. Wish I had already done. By the time I was able to get back to the chat because I had a customer in front of me. The live agent had to close the chat. Do better JOOR!
