Mobile deposit sucks and is highly limited. ### 2/5 — Login? *2026-05-08* It won’t let me login on the app even though I’m able to on the website. Really weird. I’ve talked to multiple representatives and they are unsure as to why either. ### 4/5 — Glitch *2026-04-29* Every update messes up the account. A red bubble on the icon pops up for a pending message. So I was so happy when I was able to use the app to deposit my check. ### 3/5 — No longer able to deposit checks *2022-10-19, version 2022.6.0.1* App was 5 stars when I was able to submit my checks through the app. Now it has a problem with the camera. ### 2/5 — Mobile deposit now stuck on rotate error *2022-10-11* Similar to the review on October 2, I can no longer use the app to mobile deposit. At the stage where you go to take a picture of the check, the camera is blurry and it says to rotate, but no amount of rotating will clear up the image. I tried disabling the camera, permissions and re-enabling them, with no luck. ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit doesn’t work *2022-10-02* App gets stuck on a prompt that says “rotate your device to continue the deposit”. I’ve made sure that my Screen Lock is off. I’ve quit and reinstalled the app. I’ve even rebooted my device.
