Really weird. I’ve talked to multiple representatives and they are unsure as to why either. ### 2/5 — Accessibility *2023-04-15* They need to to fix the app it only works about half of the time and some times when it finally lets you in and you can see your money and then you go to do something Bam sorry application error ### 3/5 — No longer able to deposit checks *2022-10-19, version 2022.6.0.1* App was 5 stars when I was able to submit my checks through the app. Now it has a problem with the camera. ### 2/5 — Mobile deposit now stuck on rotate error *2022-10-11* Similar to the review on October 2, I can no longer use the app to mobile deposit. At the stage where you go to take a picture of the check, the camera is blurry and it says to rotate, but no amount of rotating will clear up the image. Not sure why everyone’s so keen on the old app as it was never up to date on recent changes to account, etc. finding the first issue with that now on new app but that seemed to be a consistent problem with the old. My balance, transaction history, etc- haven’t updated in a few days- disappointing to say the least. ### 2/5 — Slow and frustrating *2019-08-14* This new app has some great features but it is so slow. I have to reset it several times every time I use it to get my account history to open. I’ve made sure that my Screen Lock is off. I’ve quit and reinstalled the app. I’ve even rebooted my device.
