This included time-sensitive medical appointments and health-related tracking, creating a real risk due to loss of critical scheduling data. I contacted support multiple times with a detailed, urgent request and received no response or acknowledgment. A calendar app that can lose all event data during a basic account change—with no warning, no recovery, and no support—is not reliable. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend using this app for anything important. ### 1/5 — Marks not working! *2026-02-17, version 1.4.111* Event icons using emojis (marks) won’t fill in properly. I tried to use a bathroom scale as an icon and the only thing that showed up was the shape in the selected color! This used to work much better! Then suddenly it wouldn’t sync to the desktop app so thought I would upgrade to Premium. Now it doesn’t work AT ALL…. I cannot scroll through months or add / edit entries….. the ENTIRE app has now frozen! NOT GOOD! I have tried to contact support before with no luck.
