I am parent of Jr. KG student, we are able to Oprate this appthrough last whole year but since Je. KG has been started we are not able to open this school app. We both parents are iPhone users and we have deleted and downloaded this app again and again as school staff told us. Please help us to oprate this app seemingly. 
Our mobiles has free space and all updated
