I would not recommend this app. There is no accountability or truth behind what is said on the app and creates more work than it helps.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review. The app is designed to surface candid perspectives in real time so leaders can identify and address issues early. Access is limited to active employees. Users are provisioned by each organization, and submissions come from authenticated accounts within that organization. Feedback can be direct and, at times, difficult to read, so it isn’t meant to be treated as “truth” based on a single comment. The value comes from patterns over time: when multiple responses point to a consistent theme, leaders can validate it, follow up, and escalate as appropriate. If it created more work in your setting, we’d like to understand why and help. Please reach out via the “App Support” link so we can look into your specific case and improve the workflow. I like being able to report my perspective, however, on the multiple choice responses, it should have “not sure” and “depends” as well, maybe even a short comment section to explain answer choice. (Why or why not in 2 sentences). Also, a way to go back and review answers before a final submission.  For answers the CNO saved, there’s a notification that it was tagged, but when you click on it, you can’t see what your response was or what the question was because sometimes it was a month prior.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. It’s very helpful. We agree that options like “Not sure/Depends,” a short comment field, and better visibility into past responses (especially when something is tagged) would improve the experience. We’re actively reviewing these enhancements.

Regarding a survey back option: Responses are saved question-by-question by design because the app is used in real time and often in low-connectivity settings. Submitting each answer individually reduces the risk of losing progress if service drops and ensures responses aren’t lost due to a failed “final” submission.

Great concept.  Institutional implementation requires adequate rollout campaign otherwise there will be insignificant results. 

Anonymity of feedback for should be improved. I’ve used this with the assumption of anonymity only to have my feedback sent to me by my supervisor, twice.

Ensuring anonymity is our top priority, and we maintain strict protocols. We are actively seeking to enhance these protocols based on your feedback. In cases of open-ended responses, leaders may attempt to identify individuals, but we never reveal a user's name unless they de-anonymize their response. Managers are discouraged from trying to identify respondents and should not be attempting to identify individuals.
