My mother spent $1500 for my college graduation ring and it came in way too small. I did the sizing on the app at least 20 times to make sure it was correct. DO NOT USE THIS APP- GET YOUR RING SIZE IN PERSON.

i have done my right ring finger 4 times and gotten 4.5 5.5 6.5 and 6.0 definitely not accurate despite following instructions every time it's practically useless just go to the mall and have them measure your finger great idea just doesn't work

Another user stated in October this app doesn't support iPhone 15. I figured it might be updated by now and didn't bother checking the update history. Nope, still not compatible. They should stop offering it on the website if they're not going to update it.

Downloaded to check my finger size, the information stated it supports it. I open the app and it says does not support, check back in a few days?!?  The app version is over a year old, how is it going to fix itself in a few days?  I’ll check back in a few days an update review. But ZERO stars!!!

I tried the sizing app and got a size that is +4 larger than my finger. I talked to the rep for Josten’s Air Force Academy rings and she said the app was inaccurate. I really like the idea of this, especially since these class rings are tough to get an accurate size on. But this app isn’t yet ready to help a user determine a ring size.

I was trying to use this to determine what size ring to order for resizing, but it was giving me a size that was way too small and was very inaccurate. I finally realized I had my screen set to display zoom. When I selected defaul, it worked. The App should verify correct screen resolution, or have a switch to select zoomed display.
