It’s so easy to use and I wouldn’t be without it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Frustrating User Experience *2026-08-20, version 3.3.14* I really want to like this app because it is a useful tool, and when we first started using it, it worked well. Unfortunately, over time the experience has gotten progressively worse. My biggest frustration is the forced automatic logout every two hours. This happens on both desktop and mobile devices. Having to repeatedly log back in on every device we use makes the app unnecessarily frustrating and inefficient. There is no good reason a user should have to constantly reauthenticate during normal use. Customer service is another major problem. You cannot talk to an actual person, and you rarely, if ever, deal with the same person twice. You submit an issue through the app and then receive repeated assurances that the issue is being investigated or that the developers have been contacted, but the problems often never get resolved. I have a support request that has been ongoing for two years. After months of repeatedly following up because nobody proactively followed up with me, I eventually stopped trying. Two years later, the issue still has not been fixed. The app is also slow and buggy, particularly when editing forms. Tasks that should be quick and simple can become unnecessarily slow and frustrating. It is disappointing because this could be a very good and useful product. Unfortunately, the combination of forced logouts, poor customer service, unresolved issues, slow performance, and bugs has made the overall experience increasingly frustrating. I wish I could give it a higher rating, but the reliability and support simply are not where they need to be. ### 1/5 — It Was Great…What Changed? *2026-08-11, version 3.3.11* This app WAS awesome and made workflows that required “approvals” from multiple people convenient and fast. I don’t know what happened but all of a sudden there’s no way to approve or write comments on workflows through the app. That basically makes the app completely useless. Even just trying to view workflow and form submissions is clunky. The app constantly crashes forcing me to restart it to continue to search for the form submissions. Fix this! ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2026-07-28, version 3.3.8* They charged me 300.00 when they promote monthly payments. Never will use this app again. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-06-20, version 3.2.7* Downloaded this app to create a form for an upcoming event. Nothing works. AI prompt is broken, form tools don't pop up, even downloading templates doesn't work. Nothing is working in this app for me. Uninstalling. ### 1/5 — Not great *2026-06-05, version 3.2.5* Very annoying. Not user friendly. Blocked my account bc I needed to build a form that required my clients ID. But they have no issues using ai to track what you do. ### 1/5 — Automated Suspension! *2026-05-26, version 3.2.5* I worked hours on a form and I just got suspended with no warning at all while I was working on the form! The fact that an automated system can just arbitrarily suspend me is scary. This is not a good model if you are counting on these for business. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service Period *2026-05-23, version 3.2.5* You can't talk to someone directly, they will email you back. what's even worse...you can't talk to the same person, so when the first person asks you a question or tries to help then asks you to do something a new person will come in to the conversation and you will have to start over since they don't read the whole conversation. a problem that could take 5 minutes talking to a real person takes days with waiting for responses, bad solutions, and then multiple people stepping in during the process. they know this is a horrible process and that their customers hate it yet don't do anything about it. don't use this app!! ### 1/5 — Errors when submitting *2026-05-18, version 3.2.5* Our teams use this app to audit work from contractors. It’s extremely frustrating taking 15-20 pictures to then submit and have the system crash and not save the work. I continue using it because this is what the company uses, but it was up to me. I would have discarded this app a long time ago. ### 1/5 — Outdated, clunky, overpriced, generic looking. *2026-05-05, version 3.2.3* Outdated tech! AI has rendered this entire business model obsolete. Any ai agent can build better looking, more functional, easier to use form for a fraction of the price and a fraction of a cost. Their business model is to lure you into paying for premium options and hoping you forget to cancel your subscription. Buyer beware! ### 1/5 — APP IS HORRIBLE *2026-04-01, version 3.1.1* my business partner and I have been using your forms and the app for several years, and ever since it updated a few weeks ago it has been complete garbage. We have to constantly log out close all windows and then log back in and refresh to see new form submissions. It runs extremely slow now also. It’s getting to the point where if something isn’t fixed, we will sadly be looking for another service to switch to. We both have the app and it’s not even showing us the same information at the same time.
