Kept giving me errors. When I went out and went back in it had purchased more than I wanted. Now I am trying to fax an important fax, it just kept timing out and giving me errors. When I got out and went back in it was showing as sending 3 times. Two failed. The last one has been stuck over an hour. It won’t let me delete it and it doesn’t look like my documents attached. Trying to email support bounced back and trying to FB message or other means also failed. ### 1/5 — NO LONGER SUPPORTED DO NOT BUY *2025-06-01, version 6.3* If you ever forget your password and click on send link to my email to reset password, you will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever get an email. Good luck finding any alternate help. Save yourself a headache and find a different app. My business is associated with this # being used and I have no choice but to stick it out and suffer. I’ve used the JotNot products for years, and they help me run a successful business out of my home. I’ve sung their praises over and over...until recently. In the past month my faxes are being transmitted with huge black boxes blocking out pertinent information I’m trying to communicate. I updated the app, reinstalled, turned my devices off and on, and nothing has fixed the issue. I emailed customer support 10 days ago: zero response. Cool. Now I look like an idiot that doesn’t know how to send a fax. I purchased $20 in fax credits the same year. I send faxes as often as I change houses so two years later when I needed the app, it wouldn’t let me log in. I contacted developer and was told to reestablish the account I’d have to add more money despite having remaining credit. I did this for $10. Fast forward to the present and again the app will not let me in. Their web site says this can happen if you change phones, which I did but the web site solution isn’t working. I contacted the developer through email, the app and social media. Zero replies from any of them in a week. Updated/reloaded app (still got my credits🙂), but still just spinning/thinking. It’s as simple as scanning in your documents or attaching from your phone or computer and hit a button and follow, you are done. You do have to buy credit credits to side effects, but they are dirt cheap, and a lot cheaper than if you were to go to a FedEx or a Kinko’s. They received every fax with no problem. Recently I have faxed FMLA paperwork to HR, and the received them. Awesome. Thanks for saving me trips to a store to fax.
