Every day, Jour generates a writing prompt based on your mood, your recent entries, and what you've shared about your life. Not a generic question — something that feels like it came from someone who's been paying close attention.
Write on your phone or go offline with Pen + Paper mode, where Jour gives you a timed prompt and a format constraint, and you write by hand. Come back when you're done and Jour logs the session.
