This app does one thing really well and while keeping it super simple. If you were to journal anything you want, it allows you to do it and it keeps a timeline of it so you can exactly know when you entered each item. It’s very useful for entering your supplements and remembering what you took and when you took it, medication, food, or even your workouts. I love how the developer kept it really simple, I highly recommend the app.
