## What is JournAi?

JournAi is a private, local-first journaling app designed for reflection and focus.

Write daily entries, manage todos and sticky notes, and browse your history in a calendar view. Search your notes quickly and keep your writing organized across days and topics.

Your data stays on your device. JournAi uses encrypted local storage, optional app lock, and easy export/import so you stay in control of your journal.

Optional AI features can help you summarize entries and surface insights. AI is only used when you enable it and provide your own API key in Settings.
