Please, please fix the app so it will download the jconline version of the paper. I like to get “today’s news” and not yesterday’s like the current daily paper.

Periodically, I am unable to read articles. I have my fee automatically withdrawn each month with no exceptions. Right now, I keep being locked out. I go to the "restore subscription" link which takes me no where. Very aggravating. There is no way to contact anyone for help.

I’ve subscribed to the JC over 70 years, I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years many positive but lately they have been very negative, your local news is very low, the newspaper is on its way down, it’s not a good value, dollars for the amount of information is poor.

There are enough glitches in this thing to choke a mule, including making me sign in on a regular basis, not to mention the annoying pop up ads. 
For example, I was in the middle of blissfully reading the Saturday morning paper when it disappeared and all I get is this crappola.

I have never had so much trouble with any app that I use regularly. Articles jump around randomly, reload for no reason, freeze up, or won’t load at all. If I try to zoom in on an article for more readability, the view might jump to the previous page, disappear, or reload the whole paper. My wife has almost given up trying to read the J&C because of how difficult the app makes it to read.

The side buttons are in the wrong location.  You can easily hit them accidentally.  Now the app will reset itself multiple times while trying to read the paper.

Very frustrated!  Had the print edition app and the other app too. Have a subscription and now no longer have the print edition app and the print edition WILL NOT open on the other the other app like it is supposed to do.  I just got a notice that the subscription price is going up and I am ready to cancel. Very Frustrating!

I subscribe to the E edition for several years. They “upgraded the app”.  For me it wasn’t an upgrade but a down grade.  All I want/need was to be able to swipe left or right, pinch to expand or contract.   With the new version I am not able to do that and I am slammed with more click bait…promo ads.  And in reality that is the real reason for the “up grade”…..more exposure to the ads.  As other reviewers noted, it jumps to places not intended, there is no guarantee when hitting the back arrow you end where you were, the size format is not consistent, there is probably more but I am trying to erase it from my brain cells.  As a result I am looking to other sources for my local news.   Adios, J & C

I like the Journal and Courier as a newspaper, but every time they change the app, I have issues. I typically read the paper on an iPhone and each app change has caused me to have to readjust how I am able to view it on my phone. Also the settings don’t seem to function correctly - I don’t want tracked or targeted advertisements, but there does not appear to be any functioning mechanism in settings to change to anything but allow all. Not happy!

Please bring back the dedicated print edition app!  Your eNewspaper is awful.  Completely unusable on an iPad.  I tried all the touch setting and no matter what, I cannot resize a page for more than a moment.  As soon as I touch the screen it jumps to a new size or reverts to a teensy two-page view.  Trying to read a section at the bottom of a news page requires holding it in place with a finger.
I noticed the Courier Journal has a fresh ePrint App, please follow their lead.

Please reprint legal ad on page 4C of 1/26 print edition.  The legal ad is overprinted on a commercial ad, making it difficult/impossible to read.

The obit app has been greatly improved. Very easy to use.

The obituaries are very difficult to use. There is an announcement of someone’s passing only. To find out more you have to search the funeral homes pages. Very cumbersome. This used to be an OK app but not so much anymore. Disappointing.
