As an Infectious Disease attending, this app has become a go-to for keeping up with the literature. The AI-generated summaries are concise, clinically relevant, and save a huge amount of time compared with reading every paper in full. The folder feature is especially helpful for organizing articles by topic, teaching sessions, or specific clinical interests.

### 5/5 — Finally a Practical Way to Keep Up with the Literature!

*2026-02-14*

As a radiology resident, keeping up with the medical literature can feel overwhelming alongside clinical duties and studying. Journal Rounds has made it much easier to stay current without spending hours digging through papers.

The summaries are clear, clinically relevant, and quick to read between cases or on the commute home. I especially like being able to follow topics and journals relevant to my interests and get updates in one place.

Highly recommend for residents and busy clinicians who want to stay up to date without adding more stress to their schedule.

### 5/5 — AI summaries that are useful

*2025-12-08*

I am usually running between clinical work, meetings, and everything else, so I never have the time or energy to dig through an article the way I want to. But this app has made it so much easier to stay on top of the literature without feeling overwhelmed.

The AI summaries are actually useful. They are short, clear, and focused on the parts that matter for real clinical decision making. I can look at a few articles in a spare minute and still feel like I am keeping up.

I like that I can follow specific journals and get them all in one clean feed. I also like being able to save papers into folders for projects I am working on. This has app has quikcly found its way to my homescreen.

If you are trying to stay up to date without spending hours searching PubMed, this is absolutely worth having.
