The app has pre-set goals….if you can call 10 minutes of exercise a day a goal. The other ones are also non-adjustable and ridiculously low. Really wanted a way to customize my goals to fit well, my goals. Will be canceling this unless there is a secret hidden way to adjust these. Stand-by! I’ll update the review if the developers show me the way!

This app is a pretty simple one, but it has one major flaw: if you forget to track one item, you can’t go back and track it, thereby ruining your streak. This just happened to me and it was an honest mistake - I did the work but literally fell asleep, forgetting to track my water. The app simply is unforgiving in that respect. I’m dumping it because of that.

I’m going to rework the ability to go back to previous days to ensure you can keep your streak alive!

Can’t change the goals so I won’t be using but it seems good if you like the goals they have.

This app is great at keeping me accountable. At the beginning it took a effort to check all the boxes for the day, but after awhile they just became apart of my routine. Definitely recommend you give it a try
