I’ve never left an app review before, but this NEEEEDED to be made known. Don’t mobile order, your order won’t go through. It’s failed me multiple times recently and I had to re order and wait again. Save ur time and just order in store ### 1/5 — Came back after 4 years to see if it worked yet *2023-08-09* Still can’t log-in with my verified account. ### 1/5 — Mobile Order Broken, Can’t Update Profile *2023-05-12* When attempting to mobile order, I couldn’t add any beverages to my cart. They would show up in the cart, but at a price of “$0”. Furthermore any modifications to my order did not make it to the cart. While I was able to order food, my modifications were not applied. Additionally I tried to update my profile, correcting a name and adding my phone number. This resulted is the app thinking I was a different account and it removed my name, email, payment options, etc from the app. This resulted in me not being able to locate a recently placed order I still needed to pick up. Overall, this was an atrocious experience, unlike actually going into the store. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2020-12-05, version 1.3* I can’t even use the app anymore. It asks for my login info and never works with my credentials. When I click forgot password the app crashes. ### 1/5 — Tabata *2020-11-03, version 1.3* Journeys coffee they have two managers at the same store, husband and wife, if one make a mistake with any employees there is no way to complain because they support to each other not the employees, they play, make jokes and when they don’t like something they terminate that employee. They are jokers. They have no respect for no body. Oh they’re racist. ### 1/5 — App needs work *2020-09-01, version 1.3* First of all.. I am a LOYAL Journey Coffee customer. They are the absolute best. Hands down... but the app is another story. App will not work on my iPhone 11 Pro, asks for a password and crashes. I have tried completely deleting app and reinstalling, still not working. In addition, would be great if it kept track of points or had a mobile reward system, and the ability to set a pick up time. ### 1/5 — Verification Issues *2020-07-08, version 1.3* Account needs to re-verify often and after the update the “forgot password” button does not work. ### 2/5 — See the menu…that’s it *2023-05-31* You can try ordering ahead, but the order doesn’t seem to get to the location. That means the order isn’t ready, payment wasn’t taken, and you have to go through the process in person (and wait). You also can’t tap-to-call. So, really, what does the app offer that Google Maps doesn’t? ### 2/5 — Awesome coffee shop, but the app needs help! *2020-07-29, version 1.3* You can’t schedule a time to pick up. There’s no place to add a note for specialties like light ice or ice on a separate cup. Aesthetic is ok at best, but functionality needs help. I see multiple reviews with the same issues. If you need someone to make a better app let me know. Our company can take care of it. ### 2/5 — App needs work!! *2019-05-30, version 1.1* First of all I love Journey’s Coffee Co. and I visit their Fairfield location often. I work right across the street so it’s convenient and the food is delicious! That being said the app needs HELP!! It’s 2019 and we can do better! •There is no free text option. There are some items that don’t have the select/option that you want, a free text field would be awesome! •You can’t scheduled a time for pick up. When using the app you have to order it and run over. I guess it’s not that big of a deal but I would be nice to schedule your order. ♥️ ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Can’t reset my password *2020-07-14, version 1.3* I love Journey’s coffee, but I can’t even reset my password to order ahead anymore! Please fix it. I’m stuck calling in my order like old times. When I click on “reset password” the app crashes, it just closes and I’m kicked out. ### 4/5 — Great *2019-11-17, version 1.1* I think it’s great. Such a fast option. Also gives the staff a chance to get to know you. Sometimes it updates and makes you update your credit card. I do wish we could set a pick up time as well as track your drinks.
